Enterprise

A workspace built for teams running more than one brand

If there is more than one brand, more than one person, and someone who has to look at things before they go live — this is the shape Reachype was built to work in.

Getting started

How do we begin?

  1. 01

    We talk

How many brands, how many people, which channels and what data requirements — thirty minutes covers it.

  2. 02

    We set the workspace up

Projects, roles and brand books arrive ready. No setup project and no integration work.

  3. 03

We ship the first campaign together

Your team builds the first campaign with us, then carries on without us.

Every number here is checkable

None of these are customer counts or growth rates. They are things you can open the product and count.

Governance

Who can reach what, and who approved it

Three things a team needs once it grows: permission, separation and a record. All three are in the product.

  • Roles and invitations

Owner, admin, editor and viewer. Permission is set at the moment of the invitation, changed later, and visible on one screen.

  • Per-project brand separation

Every brand or client works in its own project. Brand voice, assets, calendar and conversations are not shared across them.

  • Approval before publishing

Content lands in an approval step before it goes out, and who approved it and when is recorded.

  • Session control

See every session open on your account and sign out a device you do not recognise in one click.

  • Export and deletion

Download every conversation in a project as JSON, archive them, or delete them permanently.

  • KVKK and GDPR

What data is processed and why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept are all stated plainly in the Privacy Policy.

Workspace settings

The organisation's rules are set once

Timezone, currency, the workspace's language and the kind of business it is are decided at workspace level. Every report, every schedule and every figure aligns to those settings — per organisation, not per user.

  • Timezone and currency at organisation level
  • The language Reachype writes in follows the workspace
  • Only owners and admins can change these

Plainly

What is not here yet

The easiest lie on an enterprise page is a feature list of things that do not exist. As of today the following are not in the product — if that is what you need, talk to us and we will tell you where it sits on the roadmap.

  • Single sign-on with SSO / SAML
  • Immutable audit logs
  • On-premise deployment
  • Custom data retention periods
Tell us what you need
