Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI-powered marketing automation service ("Service") operated by Reachype ("we", "us") at reachype.com and app.reachype.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Reachype is an AI marketing studio that lets you plan content, generate images and video, run market research, build a social publishing calendar and create email campaigns from a chat-based interface. The Service produces content by passing your instructions to third-party AI providers; reviewing that output for fit with your brand and for compliance with applicable law is your responsibility.

2. Accounts and organisations

The Service lets you work under one or more "organisations". An organisation's owner can invite members and assign roles. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate, current information when you register. You may not use the Service if you are under eighteen.

3. Free trial, credits and billing

The free plan provides a limited, one-off AI usage allowance ("credits") so you can try the Service. Paid plans include a monthly renewing credit allocation. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; what happens to unused credits on a plan change or cancellation is governed by the rules stated on the relevant plan page.

Payments are collected through Paddle, acting as merchant of record; your card details are never stored by us. Paddle's own terms also apply to invoicing, refunds and tax. When you move to a paid plan, its recurring fee renews automatically unless stated otherwise; you can cancel at any time from your account settings. 5. Generated content and intellectual property

Material you upload to the Service (brand information, images, text) remains yours. Rights in the content you produce through the Service (images, video, text, campaign plans) are yours, within the limits of applicable law and the terms of the third-party AI providers; we do not, however, warrant that generated content is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights — reviewing it before publication is your responsibility.

The Reachype name, logo, and the Service's own software, design and documentation belong to us.

6. Third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect your social accounts (YouTube, Meta, X, TikTok) and manage your email sending. Using these integrations requires you to accept the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at those platforms.

The YouTube features use YouTube API Services in particular, so by connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete or on-brand. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability will in any event not exceed the fee you paid in the month the relevant event occurred.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your account data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy, except for data we are required by applicable law to retain.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you at your registered email address or announce it inside the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For users who qualify as consumers, Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 gives jurisdiction to the consumer arbitration committees and to the consumer courts at the consumer's place of residence.
