Publishing calendar
See which day is empty before that day arrives.
The calendar fills from the plan itself. Scheduled, in progress, finished and late content are counted under the same header, and how many days of the period have nothing on them is written above the grid.
- The problem
- Only finding out at the end of the week that a full-looking calendar was not actually full.
- What you get
- One screen for the whole period, with the gaps named rather than left blank.
The empty days
24
days with no content at all
A calendar looking full is not the same as being full.
A calendar looks full as soon as its first week is. Reachype counts the whole period and prints how many of its days hold nothing above the grid — before the week is over.
91-day period · 8 pieces planned
How it works
- The calendar fills from the plan itself
- Scheduled, in progress, finished and late under one header
- How many days are empty is written above the grid
- Every card carries the channel it is going to
What a card carries
Every card knows which channel it is going to.
A box on this calendar is not a reminder; it is the content. Which channel, at what time, and where it stands on the production line are all printed on the card.
On Pro and above, posts you schedule from the calendar go out on their own at the set time from your connected Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube accounts.
