Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Buyer purchasing a paid plan or credit pack on Reachype and the Seller identified below, under Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Sections 1–6 also constitute the pre-contract information the Regulation requires; by paying, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted it.

1. Parties

Seller: Reachype
Vergi No: 9790649140
Address: İstanbul, Türkiye
Email: support@reachype.com
Phone: +90 850 302 39 13

Buyer: the holder of the Reachype account making the purchase. The Buyer's name, email address and any invoicing details are those given on the account and at checkout; the Buyer confirms they are accurate.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision by the Seller of one or more of the following digital services, selected by the Buyer on Reachype, for the price shown at checkout:

• Subscription plan (Pro, Max or Scale; monthly or annual): access for the period to the plan's monthly AI usage allowance ("credits"), its user, brand and channel limits and the features listed on the plan page.
• Credit pack: additional credits bought once, added to the account balance immediately and valid for 12 months from the date they are added.

The essential characteristics of the service, plan contents and typical credit costs are on the pricing page; the exact credit cost of an action is shown to the Buyer in the app before the generation starts. The rules of use are in the Terms of Use.

3. Price, taxes and payment

The price is the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase. List prices are on the pricing page; the currency that will be charged and the total amount including applicable taxes are stated clearly on the checkout screen before the Buyer confirms payment.

Payments are collected by debit or credit card through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Card details are stored by iyzico and do not reach the Seller's systems. The Seller issues the invoice and sends it to the email address on the account.

For subscription plans the Buyer consents to the plan's recurring fee being charged automatically to the stored card at the start of each period. If payment cannot be taken, the Seller informs the Buyer and the plan reverts to the free plan at the end of the period; access continues until then.

4. Delivery and performance

The service is digital; nothing is shipped. The subscription plan activates and its credits are added to the account the moment payment is confirmed; credit packs are added to the balance at the same moment. Performance takes place through the Buyer's Reachype account and is usually complete within seconds.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for services whose performance begins, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period ends. This agreement falls within both: the service is performed at the moment of payment, and by confirming payment the Buyer requests immediate performance and accepts that the statutory right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

Notwithstanding that exemption, the Seller allows the Buyer to request a refund for any reason within 14 days of payment (30 days on an annual plan) when subscribing to a plan for the first time. The scope of that allowance, the cases in which it may be limited to the extent of use, and the refund process are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

Subscription plans are concluded for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically for the same period unless the Buyer cancels. The Buyer may cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from Settings → Plan in the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then, no renewal is charged, and no pro-rata refund is due. Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.

Changing plan. When the Buyer moves to a higher plan, the new plan is charged that day and its period starts that day; the allowance attributable to the unused part of the old period is carried over to the Buyer's account as credits, valid for one year; no money is refunded. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period, and nothing is charged before then.

7. Changes to prices and services

The Seller may change plan prices and contents. A change that increases the price of an existing subscription is notified to the Buyer by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and applies only from that renewal; a period already paid for is never affected. The Buyer may cancel before that date and is not affected. For subscriptions bought under the version of this clause in force before 13 October 2026, the notice is given at least one period in advance.

8. Buyer's obligations

The Buyer agrees to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Use, in particular the acceptable-use rules; is responsible for the security of the account; and bears responsibility for the content generated and for anything published through third-party accounts the Buyer connects.

9. Personal data

How the Seller processes the Buyer's personal data, for what purposes, with whom it is shared and the Buyer's rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The service uses generative AI models; the accuracy, originality and fitness for purpose of generated content must be assessed by the Buyer before use. For periods in which the service could not be provided because of a technical fault, the Seller compensates with credits or time on the Buyer's request. Mandatory provisions of consumer law are unaffected.

11. Buyers who are not consumers

A Buyer purchasing the service for commercial or professional purposes is not a consumer. In that case the consumer-specific provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (including the right of withdrawal, the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer courts) do not apply; the first-purchase refund allowance the Seller grants in §5 applies to commercial Buyers too. The relationship with commercial Buyers is governed by the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code.

12. Conclusion and retention of the agreement

The agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer confirms having read this text on the checkout screen and completes payment. The current text is always available on this page, and the order confirmation email carries a link to it. The Seller retains the agreement for the period required by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; the Turkish text prevails over this translation. Buyers who are consumers may apply, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or the Seller's, and above those limits to the Consumer Courts. For disputes with Buyers who are not consumers, the competent courts and enforcement offices are determined under the general rules.
