Frequently asked questions

What is a good CPM for influencer marketing?

It varies too much by industry, platform and format for one right number. The fairest comparison is the CPM and CPA of the paid ads you ran in the same period: if the creator's content brings more sales at a similar cost, the partnership is working.

Should gifted products count as a cost?

Yes. Products you send cost you what you paid for them, so even unpaid partnerships have a cost. Enter them at purchase or production cost, not retail price.

Can I estimate results from follower count?

Follower count does not tell you how many people will see the content. This calculator uses the content's real insights instead of estimates; before you agree a deal, ask the creator for impressions and reach on past posts.

How should I track sales from a creator?

Give each creator their own discount code or UTM-tagged link. That ties sales to the campaign so CPA and ROAS can be calculated reliably.

From one partnership to the whole period's plan.
